This iPhone app wwwJDic is a front end to the popular WWWJDIC online dictionary developed by Jim Breen, of Monash University in Australia. You can get it in the app store, or visit the developer's website. The tool affords you various forms of lookup, including by word, text translation and kanji lookup by stroke count and so on.

This iPhone application Koredoko ("where is this") from Kawabata Farm puts a Google map next to pictures in your camera roll. You can see geo-coordinates, date, time, as well as list and sort the pictures. Get it in the app store.
